I've been taking Miracle MSM for about 2 months. I learned after the first week that I probably wasn't taking a big enough dose for my body weight and size. I doubled the dosage to two teaspoons, then, three, and within days noticed that the pain and numbness associated with my foot neuropathy was reduced. As my husband (Gordon age 66) and I (Rachel age 51) were walking around at Western Legends in August of 2008 we came to the Miracle MSM booth and thought hmmm.
